***COLLEAGUES AT OTHER BROKERAGES: The link at the bottom of this article will take you to a document that lists these resources WITHOUT SHERLOCK BRANDING. I have had many seniors tell me they are lonely or depressed, and a single brokerage cannot reach them all. I am passionate about this subject and hope you will share this list when you meet someone who needs it!***
There are several reasons clients decide to purchase a new home. In the field of real estate, we often meet senior citizens looking to downsize or move closer to family. Sometimes, out-of-state buyers and others struggle to find a support network in a new place. This inspired a project. It took longer than planned to compile resources, but with a little guidance from knowledgeable locals, my list finally came together! I hope you find the following information helpful and share it with others!
